Circumstances might arise where the donor clicked the donate button more than once, thus triggering duplicate donation(s). If you have made duplicate donation(s) in error, please contact us by phone +234 90 999 11222 and by email advocacy [at] censic.org within 7 days. A refund of the duplicate donation(s) will be made within 10 business days after we are notified.
Circumstances might arise in which an unauthorised use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules. CENSIC must also be notified by you or your card provider within 7 days.
CENSIC holds all donations for 7 days to ensure they are not in breach of any laws or regulations. CENSIC will not make any refunds for the above scenarios if we are not notified within 7 days.
